The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Systems Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :
- Developing and supporting Automated Inspection Systems
- Leading Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Factory of the Future projects in the plant
- Implement SQL queries and program code to improve operational efficiencies
- Determining data that is needed to resolve complex problems for 3M’s customers
- Supporting the plant through a data drive approach to problem solving and leveraging the DMIAC methodology
- Creating a systems framework that will move the plant toward our SCADA future state
