As a Training Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :
- Leading & supervising our training organization to deliver training that meet the needs of today’s manufacturing employee and business climate.
- Collaborating with other 3M resources and locations & researching alternative training methodologies that will deliver more effective and efficient training for all of our team members at all levels of our 24 X7 manufacturing site.
- Managing a redesign of our training processes, procedures, manuals and materials.
- Executing training strategies
- Lead our training coordinator team and drive a full redesign of our site training processes, procedures, manuals, training materials, e-modules, measures of effectiveness' and training platform to improve onboarding, provide effective training more efficiently, and provide training that meets the needs of today's manufacturing employee and business climate.
