Summary of Position:
The Program Manager III - AdTech will play a critical part within the organization to support acquisition integration planning & product roadmap delivery. The Program Manager III-AdTect – DTS is experienced with horizontally supporting product and engineering teams to deliver key features and enhancements across multiple cross-functional stakeholders. The Program Manager III – AdTech – DTS has experience driving towards M&A objectives across both internal and external workstreams.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinating and facilitating cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and progress on integration activities
- Organize weekly status updates and reporting for key deliverables and KPIs
- Support our integration management process by identifying repeatable and scalable opportunities to optimize our M&A playbook
- Communicating target dates, potential risks, delays, constraints, and dependencies, and proactively seeking to navigate through possible blockers
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration into existing systems and processes

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee in this position frequently communicates with other co-workers/clients who have inquiries about the various projects and other needs. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time. The employee in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operate a computer and office machinery such as a calculator, keyboard, copy machine, and printer. Frequently moves boxes with equipment weighing up to 25lbs across the building and/or to other offsite buildings for various project needs.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 5 Years of Experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of program management experience
- Ad tech industry background with experience working with complex platform-based product release management
- Experience with M&A integration and understanding of the complexities involved in merging different organizational cultures and systems.
- Rockstar at communicating (verbal & written) across all levels within an organization
- Proven track record of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of critical deliverables
- Adaptability and flexibility to work across a shifting set of stakeholders and navigate through ambiguity to drive key projects to the finish line
- Experience and familiarity with product development lifecycle, methodology, and tools
