Overview :
As a Commercial Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of commercial equipment and systems.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative Maintenace on commercial equipment to identify potential issues and ensure proper functionality.
- You will be scheduled to go to multiple service calls each day. Review scope, investigate leaks, solve problems and report back to the service manager
- Daily tasks include but are not limited to :
Before, during and after photos on EVERY job.
Requirements :
TPO, Metal, Tile and Shingle experience required
Location :
Reporting into our Winter Park office working in the Orlando territory
Job Type : Full Time, hourly
Pay : Hourly rate (depending on experience) with the opportunity of overtime
