DUMP TRUCK DRIVER (CDL)

Based in Central Florida and founded in 2020, 3MG Solutions, LLC is among the fastest growing residential and commercial roofing services companies in the country. Commonly referred to as 3MG, the company operates two core divisions, one for residential projects and another for commercial builds.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
To transport roofing materials to and from scheduled jobsites, performs daily pre / post maintenance checks on all vehicles and equipment operated, clean vehicles as needed in order to promote a professional company image and assists with duties as described or directed by management.
- Arrive at the Branch in appropriate attire and punch in at the prescribed time.
- See Services Manager to review scheduled deliveries.
- Load materials for delivery and secure properly.
- Check Services Manager for any special instructions before leaving the Branch.
- Inform Manager that truck is ready to go and allow Manager to verify.
- Depart the Branch on designated delivery route.
- Examine jobsite for safe access (minimize traffic on grass areas, avoid landscaping).
- All material delivered is to be stocked on the roof (unless conditions do not permit or otherwise directed by management).
- Any items left on the ground (except roofing cement & modified bitumen adhesive) are to be placed next to or in front of the dumpster, making sure to leave access to the garage for the homeowner.
- Pick up any debris left from the delivery and either put them into the dumpster or bring them back to the branch.
- Notify Manager by text that the delivery is complete.
- After returning to the shop, unload all materials from the delivery truck
- Refuel truck and as necessary (record all mileage and gallons, keep track of fuel and LP stock and notify Manager for reorder).
- See Manager for debriefing and any possible special instructions before punching out.
- When extra materials are picked up be sure to walk the entire jobsite and remove all roofing materials.
JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS :
MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
We are looking for an experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a dump truck in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring that all loads are delivered on time and in accordance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a valid commercial driver's license, a clean driving record, and experience operating heavy machinery. The ability to work independently and follow directions is essential for this position.
