Front Desk Receptionist

Overview:
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be a welcoming face and voice for our Winter Park office while also playing a critical behind-the-scenes role in ensuring our roofing projects move forward seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field incoming calls from homeowners and potential clients, addressing inquiries related to roofing services and scheduling.
- Provide customer support by answering questions, resolving basic issues, and escalating complex matters to the appropriate department.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales and service teams.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Perform general receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, managing mail, and organizing office supplies.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) (Highly Preferred)
- Professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude
- Permitting experience is highly preferred
- Ability to multi task and manager time effectively
- Strong computer skills and experience with office software
Location:
- Full time on site in our Winter Park Office, 8am-5pm
