Job Title: Business Analyst
Job Type : (Contract 7 months)
Workdays : Mon – Fri
Work Hours : 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Work Location: West Conshohocken, PA 19428
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5 years in a data-focused role, preferably in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or financial services.
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, stakeholder management, issue/risk/budget management, and status tracking reporting, issue, risk and budget management.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and deliver actionable insights through reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with PowerBI or Tableau.
- Experience with eFront, Salesforce, and portfolio management software.
Responsibilities:
- Technology Liaison: Document business processes and collaborate with the technology team to efficiently deliver solutions.
- Data Analysis & Management: Collect, clean, and analyze financial and operational data across PC&E strategies, market research, and internal systems.
- BI Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports (e.g., performance dashboards, KPI trackers, financial summaries) using PowerBI or Tableau for internal stakeholders, including investment teams and senior leadership.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in internal processes and propose/implement solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with investment, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
