Required Qualifications:
Education:
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a contact center environment is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- College Degree: Preference for candidates with a college degree or equivalent experience.
- Contact Center Experience: Preference for candidates with previous experience in a contact center environment, handling client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Inquiries: Handle incoming phone calls related to various service inquiries for Client accounts.
- Product & Service Support: Provide functional support for Client Cash Management products, Client Online, and mobile app.
- General Account Support: Address general account or financial-related inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Performance Metrics: Consistently meet key department performance metrics while ensuring a high level of service quality.
- Team Contribution: Contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to multi-task and adjust quickly to changes in a busy financial service center.
