Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Provide clerical support such as proofreading documents and preparing reports.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in calendar management for scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Serve as a medical receptionist, greeting patients and managing their inquiries.
- Maintain an organized office environment that promotes efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as a Site Administrator or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience in clerical duties, including filing and document management.
- Business Administration and Finance – Purchase Ordering, Invoices, cost controlling and analysis.
- Advanced IT Skills - MS Outlook, Office 365 (Excel, Word, OneDrive).
- Experienced w/ SAP
- Knowledge and interest in industry - wind turbine industry, construction projects.
