JOB DESCRIPTION:
Role: Safeguarding client digital assets and ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations.
This is a remote role. However, it may require some onsite (10% to the client office), so a reasonable driving distance (max 3 hours) to Bakersfield, California, 93311. CANDIDATE MUST LIVE IN DRIVING DISTANCE TO Bakersfield, California
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Five (5) years of experience in Information Security, preferably in healthcare (not required) (but will get immediate attention).
- CySA or CISSP certification is required.
- Must have Identity Access Management (IAM)
- Experience in monitoring security events, conducting vulnerability assessments, and implementing security controls to mitigate risks
- Implementing Incident Response Plan
- Excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $68.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
