Job Title: Project Coordinator - Derivatives Clearing
Location: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days per week in office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Lead in managing projects throughout their lifecycle.
- Track and communicate project status to the team and management.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop test plans, design test strategies, and manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of changes.
Top Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management/coordination.
- Experience with Derivatives Clearing (Listed Derivatives, OTC Clearing) or project management in financial services (both is ideal, but either is acceptable).
- Strong understanding of requirements gathering, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Project Management frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Futures, Options, and OTC Derivative products.
- Familiarity with Derivatives Clearing processes.
- Experience with low-code automation tools (Alteryx, UiPath).
- Understanding of Power BI and data visualization tools.
