Job Title: Digital Print Operator
Location: Irving, TX 75039
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Requirements:
- Mailroom experience required
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand up to 4 hours
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Good communication and customer service skills
Job Duties:
- Sort, label, and distribute 7,000 pieces of mail per month, including sorting, labelling, and distributing.
- Handle 1,500 pieces of accountable mail (certified, registered, etc.)
- Operate and maintain mailing equipment, such as postage meters and envelope sorters.
- Use laptop, iPad, pallet jack, and mailing machines
- Prepare outgoing mail and maintain records in adherence to company policies and postal regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of accountable mail, including signatures for receipt.
- Communicate effectively with corporate departments to coordinate timely mail delivery and retrieval.
- Manage packages and keep mailroom supplies stocked.
- Manage packages and deliveries, ensuring proper logging and distribution.
- Organize and maintain mailroom supplies, keeping inventory stocked and up-to-date.
