Job Title: Help Desk Technician
Location: Alpharetta GA 30005
Work Days: Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hrs per week)
Job Type: Temporary (12 months)
Qualifications/ Requirements:
Someone who has experience working in a call center/helpdesk
Responsibilities
Demonstrate strong customer service skills to provide phone support
Listening to the customer to gain an accurate understanding of the situation
Being empathetic to the customer’s situation and having a sense of urgency to resolve the issue
Producing accurate, detailed documentation at the client, problem and incident
Responsible for high quality end-user technical support, related to enterprise
