Job Tittle: Mailroom Clerk
Duration: 3 Months with possible extension
Shift: Mon to Fri 8am to 4:30pm
Location: Spokane, WA 99202
Primary Responsibilities:
o Sorting of inbound USPS and inter-office mail and packages for a publicly held company.
o Hand collating printed materials and hand stuffing the printed pieces into envelopes.
o Interacting with internal "customers" and department representatives for mailing and shipping requests.
o Occasional cash handling for personal customer mailings/shipments.
o Distribution of mail/packages to various locations on the corporate campus using a mail cart.
o Operating a postage meter to apply postage to outbound mail.
o Utilize FedEx Ship Manager software for shipping requests.
o Staging of inter-office mail and packages for courier pick up to other company locations.
o Windows-based computer use for verifying mail recipients in corporate directory.
o Computer use for email (Outlook) correspondence and some required training courses.
o Considerable time spent walking & standing.
