Job Title: Mailroom Clerk
Location: Spokane, WA 99202
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 4:30PM (40hrs/Week)
Qualifications:

- Proficient with Windows-based PC use and Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Sorting of inbound USPS and inter-office mail and packages
- Hand collating printed materials and hand stuffing the printed pieces into envelopes.
- Interacting with internal "customers" and department representatives for mailing and shipping requests.
- Distribution of mail/packages to various locations on the corporate campus using a mail cart.
- Operating a postage meter to apply postage to outbound mail.
- Utilize FedEx Ship Manager software for shipping requests.
- Staging of inter-office mail and packages for courier pick up to other company locations.
- Windows-based computer use for verifying mail recipients in corporate directory.
- Considerable time spent walking & standing.
