Shift Hours: 06:30AM to 4:00PM
Job Type: 6 months

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Address building maintenance needs, including tasks such as patching, painting, hardware repairs, and other necessary repairs or replacements to maintain the facility's structural integrity.
- Conduct regular inspections and equipment assessments to identify necessary repairs, replacements, or capital improvements, ensuring a safe and reliable environment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and equipment inventories to support compliance, performance tracking, and future planning.
