Shift: Morning - 6:00:00 AM - 2:30:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot issues using schematics and technical manuals to ensure efficient resolution.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential problems or areas for improvement.
- Fabricate parts or components as needed to support maintenance tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in residential painting projects as required to maintain the aesthetic quality of properties.
- Lead small teams during maintenance projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance.
- Proficiency in electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience with welding techniques is a plus.
- Strong understanding of schematics related to building systems and equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Leadership capabilities to guide teams during maintenance projects.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Previous experience in residential painting is desirable but not mandatory.
