Job Tittle: Production Worker
Location: 10 Artley Drive, Savannah, Georgia, 31408
Shift Times: Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm (1st shift) (Over Time will be available)
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Noise levels 70 – 80 dba
- Temperature 60 – 100 degrees F
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 5 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and infrequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Regularly required to stand and/or walk, use hand to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness to operator forklift (training will be provided).
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing coating operations, assembly of product and providing associated support.
- Perform in-process monitoring and recording of product quality
- Report up deviations in product from established standards
- Follow safe work and good housekeeping practices and report any unsafe conditions and incidents
- Make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Take on any other duties which are within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed
- Perform tasks in a chemical plant environment
