Shift: Rotating Shift - 1st Shift:6 AM-2:30 PM OR 2nd Shift:2 PM-10:30 PM OR 3rd Shift:10 PM-6:30 AM (Monday to Friday )
Duties
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Operate various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Fabricate parts as needed for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
- Work collaboratively on the assembly line, maintaining a steady workflow to meet production targets.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and products to ensure quality control.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility or warehouse.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and forklifts effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently on an assembly line while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues that arise during production.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods as required by the role.
