Job Overview
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting project managers and teams in the successful execution of construction projects. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring project milestones are met efficiently.
Duties
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all team members are informed of their responsibilities.
- Support the Purchase Order (PO) process to raise PO requisitions send POs to suppliers, monitor and ensure adherence to purchasing processes.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules using software such as Primavera.
- Support the Commercial Site Manager with the input on site purchases to improve cost controlling and forecast quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to track project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, schematics, and blueprints.
- Utilize construction management software like ProCore and Prolog for project tracking.
- Support the project manager in maintaining budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Experience
- Proficiency in SAP and Civil 3D for creating and editing civil engineering designs
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools
- Experience using Bluebeam for reviewing and editing construction documents
- Knowledge of project coordination processes and best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with Prolog software for construction project management.
