Job Title: Registered Nurse Home Health

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours week
PAY RATE: $70/hr $.70/mile - TRAVELLER
PAY RATE: $60/hr $.70/mile - LOCAL
JOB DESCRIPTION
***50 mile radius for local rate***
***Must plan 5 weeks for credentialing non-resident DE: In person fingerprints are required. T must go to DE once accepted to begin the process and then results will post 3-4 weeks from that point***
START DATE: ASAP for scheduled orientation
REQUIREMENTS: Home Health experience (and Oasis for RN)
Weekend requirements:
RN's will work 1 weekend (Sat/Sun) every 3-4 weeks. Weekend stats:
" We try to keep the nurse on a team, where they have familiarity with the territory.
" The traveler can choose to ask for 1 day off during the week before (this is an alternate day off and does not count as planned day off) or they can choose to work overtime.
" The hours are 8am-4:30pm.
" A total of 5-6 visits per day.
On call 2 per month (max 3 per month)
We have a Non-clinical person taking all initial calls 430pm- 830am, so the RN only receives true clinical issues.
on call is 4:30pm – 8am (sometimes the shift is assigned as 430 – 830pm or 830pm – 8am)
We do not make patient home visits from 8:30pm – 8am
phone triage only; maybe 1-2 calls from 8:30pm- 10pm and rarely a phone call from 10pm – 7a
Coverage area: up to 60 mile radius
