Logistics Coordinator / Sourcing Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator / Sourcing Specialist who will play a key role in managing inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with international and domestic suppliers, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the supply chain. This role involves frequent interaction with Chinese-speaking customers and suppliers, so fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track shipments, both domestic and international
• Communicate with Chinese suppliers and customers to manage purchase orders, shipping documents, and scheduling
• Source materials and products related to the e-waste recycling industry
• Assist in inventory tracking and reporting
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with shipping and import/export regulations

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) is required
• Previous experience in logistics, sourcing, or supply chain coordination
• Experience in the e-waste or recycling industry is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software is a plus
