SAP Plant Maintenance
- Minimum of 12 Plus years experience implementing Plant Maintenance (PM) in an S / 4 Hana environment
- Minimum of three 3 years experience in all areas of SAP Plant Maintenance (inspection, maintenance, and repair)
- Expertise with Plant Maintenance, Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Control, Return to Vendor process, Quality Certificates for Analysis and Conformance, Quality notifications, Quality reports, Audit Reports, Risk Assessment Reports etc.
- Proficiency in SAP PM module configuration and implementation
- Translate business needs into technical solutions using SAP PM
- Lead the implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) modules in new and existing environments.
- Perform system configuration, customization, and integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI, CO, etc.).
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, and the development of functional specifications.
- Provide end-to-end solutions and ensure successful integration of PM processes within the broader SAP landscape.
- Knowledge of integration between SAP PM and other SAP modules like MM (Materials Management), FI (Finance), CO (Controlling), and PP (Production Planning).
- Expertise in Configuration, Customization, Enhancement, Progression of SAP modules including MM, QM, PP and PM.
- Familiarity with ABAP (optional but helpful), debugging, and understanding of SAP data structures.
- Experience with SAP S / 4HANA or ECC environments.
- Experience in Global SAP R / 3 Project Implementation roll out and Go-Live Support in Quality Management process which includes Master Data
- Ability to design and implement custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms related to plant maintenance processes.
- Work closely with business users and stakeholders to analyze, design, and optimize maintenance processes such as preventive maintenance, equipment management, work order management, breakdown maintenance, and inspection processes.
- Develop workflows and processes to optimize equipment uptime, reliability, and performance.
