SWD Operator

We are currently sourcing a Salt Water Disposal Operator to join our team in the Permian Basin. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for maintaining records for daily reports, performance maintenance on pumps and other equipment with minimal or no supervision.

Detailed Description

· Cleaning out SWD filter baskets on the pumps and offload locations

· Provide excellent customer service while interacting with truck drivers

· Checking loads to ensure fluid is acceptable for disposal

· Proactively monitoring water levels at site to ensure tanks are within their operating parameters

· Daily inspection of equipment and facility operating functions

· Perform necessary preventive and corrective maintenance

· Monitoring and account for skim oil volumes removed from facility

· Tracking pump pressures

· Coordinate with trucking companies on delivery of salt water

· Monitoring drivers for proper procedures and the use of personal protection equipment

· Maintaining a clean and safe environment at all times

· Ensure compliance with HSE policies and salt water disposal requirements

· Reporting safety and environmental issues to management

Experience and Qualifications:

· Proven ability to multi-task and meet stringent deadlines

· Knowledge/experience in production.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Basic computer skills (familiarity with Microsoft Excel) and simple mathematical calculations.

· Must organize and plan daily work schedule. Must be willing to work rotating shifts, weekends,

· Safety sensitive position subject to random drug and alcohol screening.

· Valid driver's license and clean record.

· Work will require standing, stooping, walking, climbing tank stairs, carrying instruments weighing up to 80 pound

· Prefer a minimum of 3-5 years of salt water disposal operation experience.

(Must live in or around those areas, no further than 50 miles or be willing to relocate)
