Enterprise Client Success Manager
- 💸 Salary: $150,000 to $200,000 base 20% bonus (OTE: $180,000–$250,000)

We are working with a high-growth fintech scale-up backed by global leaders in the finance and technology space. Their platform empowers banks to build deeper, data-driven relationships with their business customers by integrating seamlessly with financial software. Their solutions support the world’s largest banks in streamlining supplier onboarding and optimizing commercial and virtual card programs. With backing from household names and a track record of success, the business is entering a new phase of expansion—and this hire will play a pivotal part.
This role will own key relationships across major U.S. banking clients. The role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex organizations, champion customer adoption, and build long-term success plans. You’ll act as the bridge between the client and internal teams, playing a central role in the post-sale journey—from implementation to growth.
Role Features
- Build and nurture relationships across multiple stakeholders at top-tier banks.
- Design tailored client success plans, supporting commercial and virtual card scaling.
- Drive customer adoption, growth, and long-term retention across key accounts.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and sales to champion client needs.
- Contribute to repeatable playbooks and client success processes.
Essential Skills
- Bring proven experience in enterprise customer success, ideally within large financial institutions.
- Confidence managing executive stakeholders and navigating matrixed banking environments.
- Demonstrate strength in project planning, milestone tracking, and strategic account growth.
- Strong understanding of the customer journey from implementation through to renewal.
- Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate and align priorities.
