Key Responsibilities
- Video Production & Filming
- Plan, shoot, and direct video content for a variety of projects, including brand stories, client testimonials, social media content, and educational videos.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure professional-quality production.
- Conduct interviews and direct on-camera talent to capture compelling narratives.
- Editing & Post-Production
- Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, sound design, and color grading to enhance video quality.
- Optimize video content for multiple formats, including social media, websites, and paid advertising.
- Strategic Content Development
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts that align with brand strategies and campaign goals.
- Research trends in video storytelling, social media formats, and audience engagement strategies to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Maintain a strong understanding of video best practices, including platform-specific requirements for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital channels.
Ideal Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in video production, filming, and editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and audio recording techniques.
- Experience with motion graphics software (After Effects or similar) is a plus.
