Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business partnering
  • Strong analytical skills with a background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Experience working cross-functionally with finance and non-finance teams
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to translate financials into business terms
  • Advanced Excel skills, experience with financial systems like NetSuite, PBCS, Vensure
