We are in search of a Front Desk Manager to support the Clinical Trial activities and practices at our clinical research sites.
The Front Desk Office Manager is, first and foremost, the face of our research organization. The interaction with our guests is critical to the success of our business. This role serves visitors and patients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of arrivals maintains security; enters daily visits into the scheduling system and schedules future visits. The front desk associate position entails managing the reception area, coordinating all front desk activities, and supervising the support staff.
Job Descriptions:
- Check-in- and Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain appropriate information
- Maintain security per set procedures; monitor sign-in logs, verify identification
- Answer multi-line phones and handle accordingly
- Provide patients with all required documentation while providing the necessary guidance
- Call and confirm patient appointments; contact any no-show screening appointments and update the recruitment tracker
- Compares and prints schedules for distribution and communicates any add-on patients to the team
- Assign ClinCards, and process patient stipends
- Review incoming shipments and distribute them to relevant personnel and sort mail and distribute accordingly
- Provide patients with support and guidance as needed
- Compile Supplies and Equipment Order Request and submit for approval. Maintain inventory, distribution, and storage.
- Maintain supplies and office equipment and schedule maintenance for any issues
• Job Requirements:
- An Associates degree in health care preferred
- 2-3 years of work experience in an administrative position.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and conversational
- Ability to work with diverse groups effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills needed to prioritize among many competing priorities
- Excellent customer service and professionalism
- Proficient with MS Office
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Ability to prioritize actively, seek input, problem-solve and work in a team environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, patients, monitors, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
