As a key member of the CEO’s executive leadership team, the Vice President of Operations will be responsible for driving strategy, policy, carrying-out strategic initiatives, and financial / non-financial goals. Leveraging innovative approaches to business development, technical integration, and strategic planning, the candidate will introduce sustainable solutions for operating in the federal government and government affairs space. Collaboration with diverse teams is essential to align operational strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with internal and external project partners.
- Oversee relationships, reporting, and communications with entities such points of contact.
- Handle complex inter-team dependencies and bridge gaps in technical system management.
- Lead project planning, milestone definition, and allocation of financial resources.
- Create, track, and drive the critical path, managing risks, dependencies, and decisions affecting the project.
- Communicate project successes, schedules, priorities, issues, and overall health to all levels in the company.
- Manage project spending, capitalization, and tax credit reporting.
- Create and distribute impactful automated reporting.
- Champion customer-centric approaches to design educational experiences.
- Lead a strong team, defining project structure, partnerships, and overall pedagogy of programming.
