About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Lead AV Integration Specialist, where you will be entrusted with specific tasks assigned by your supervisor to enhance your technical proficiency and expertise continuously. This dynamic role entails being prepared for local travel at short notice to provide support and conduct repair-type activities.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system implementation, network node and element deployment, comprehensive training, and adept fault isolation and repair within information technology systems, subsystems, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Execute billable tasks assigned by your supervisor to ensure smooth project progress.
- Read and interpret technical drawings to execute installations accurately.
- Maintain a well-organized inventory of equipment within your designated bag for ready access during installations and maintenance actions.
- Provide expert support for installations, maintenance actions, and support interventions, including on-site and remote interactions with clients and leading manufacturers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ability to travel to multiple locations within the Tampa area and outside the local area as assigned by the supervisor.
- Ability to maintain a security clearance (Minimum - Secret).
- Ability to learn new technologies and equipment as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
