We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join an amazing team. In this role, you will work with clients to assess their mental health needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide ongoing support and guidance. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, conduct individual and group sessions, and utilize evidence-based practices to promote positive behavioral change.
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in/ or a related field, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving the well-being of individuals and families.

- Conducting assessments and evaluations: Observe and analyze client behavior, conduct interviews, and utilize standardized tests to gather information about behavioral patterns and challenges.
- Developing individualized treatment plans: Create tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results to address specific behavioral issues and promote positive changes.
- Implementing and monitoring interventions: Oversee the implementation of BIPs, providing guidance and adjusting plans as needed based on client progress.
- Collecting and analyzing data: Continuously gather and evaluate data on client behavior to track progress and inform treatment decisions.
- Collaborating with other professionals: Work closely with families, teachers, healthcare providers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and consistent implementation of interventions.
- Providing direct therapy services: Deliver evidence-based techniques directly to clients in various settings to help them learn new skills and reduce problem behaviors.
- Supervising and training others: Oversee and instruct professionals with lower certification levels, such as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Staying updated on ABA techniques: Continuously learn and integrate new methods and findings in Applied Behavior Analysis to improve practice.
- Maintaining detailed records: Keep thorough notes on client progress, treatment plans, and session outcomes.
