Job Title: LMSW, LCSW, LAPC or LPC (Intake Counselor)
Location: DeKalb County, GA and Rockdale County, GA

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LMSW, LCSW, LAPC or LPC (Intake Counselor) to join an amazing team. In this role, you will work with clients to assess their mental health needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide ongoing support and guidance. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, conduct individual and group sessions, and utilize evidence-based practices to promote positive behavioral change.
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in/ or a related field, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving the well-being of individuals and families.
-Responsible for developing a unique treatment plan that reflects a course of therapeutic intervention that will address the needs identified in the assessment
-Assessment and counseling treatment for mental health and emotional/behavioral problems, for pediatric and adolescent patients and their families
-Effectively uses written, verbal, and non-verbal communication to communicate ideas, direction, and treatment-to-treatment team and patients
-Exercise a variety of individual and group counseling techniques that are evidence based in the treatment of readjustment counseling problems and demonstrate good clinical practice
Master's degree in social work or counseling. Must already be an LMSW,
LCSW, LAPC, or LPC. Must be licensed in the state of Georgia. Must
have experience working with computers.
At least two (2) years of experience working with individuals with mental
disorders and/or addictive diseases.
