POSITION TITLE: 5th Grade Teacher- Upper Perkiomen 4th & 5th Grade Center
REPORTS TO: Building Principal
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Elementary Teacher- Grade 5, full time contract, beginning 2025-2026 School Year
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must hold PA Certification in Elementary Education (Must include 5th Grade Certification)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide instruction to elementary students
- Communicates with parents about student's progress

Provides an educational atmosphere consistent with instructional goals

Plans, develops, writes, and implements curriculum and educational programs in accordance with educational/treatment goals and students' abilities.

Manages student behavior to encourage best possible student educational experience.

Evaluates student's academic growth, keeps appropriate records and prepares progress reports.
