What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at 4 Bears Casino & Lodge?
- Fills drink orders for bar customers and for cocktail servers.
- Mixes alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for customers.
- Provides a friendly and congenial environment for bar customers.
- Implements Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPs) to ensure customers are within established intake standards.
- Responsible for putting on a TV sports channel when working in bridge bar.
- Works closely with Barback to ensure bar supplies are adequate and bar is stocked.
- Enters drinks into accounting system.
- Assists in resolving customer service complaints.
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Follows casin and department policies and procedures.
- May be required to perform duties of bartender, cocktail server or barback.
