Experience & Qualifications: 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Resy, Gmail, and general restaurant operations.
• At least one year of experience as a Host or Maitre D' in a fast paced, full service restaurant setting.
• The ability to multi-task, stay organized, and pay meticulous attention to detail.
• A calm and gracious approach to handling high-volume inquiries, always focused on finding the best possible guest experience within our capacity.
• Discretion and awareness of VIP guest relationships, ensuring smooth and thoughtful communication.
• A love for hospitality and the ability to make guests feel valued—even when their ideal reservation isn’t immediately available.

• Manage reservations and guest communications via Resy and Gmail.
• Thoughtfully navigate high demand with a solution-oriented approach, which sometimes means offering a “maybe” rather than a hard “no”.
• Handle VIP guest communication with discretion, understanding guest standings, relationships, and nuances that impact reservations.
• Ensure clear, professional, and warm communication with all guests.
• Growth opportunities include assisting restaurant leadership with menu maintenance, guest notes, and potentially event coordination and planning.
• Work closely with our service team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
