4 Corner Resources is seeking a Sourcing Analyst to support our client’s procurement and contract management processes. The ideal candidate will have experience managing IT contracts, analyzing vendor agreements, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
Sourcing Analyst Qualifications:
- 2 years of IT contract management/ analyst experience.
- Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Familiarity with contract management systems and digital signing platforms such as DocuSign.
- Experience with Lawson ERP or other procurement systems is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Critical thinking and analytical skills related to data analysis and contracting processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Oversee the intake and review of IT contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage the contract execution process, including obtaining necessary signatures and maintaining agreements within the contract management system.
- Utilize Lawson or similar ERP systems for procurement and contract tracking.
- Oversee DocuSign processes, ensuring contract summary forms are properly completed and approved.
- Assist with vendor management, tracking vendor compliance with contract terms and assessing the impact on existing contracts.
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of the organization for products and services.
- Prepare and maintain executive summaries for IT contracts.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers (PMs) and stakeholders, providing clear communication and contract insights.
- Generate and analyze reports related to IT sourcing and contract management.
- Facilitate vendor business reviews, review key performance indicators, and identify areas for improvement.
- Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote in Orlando, FL)
- 1 year contract (possibility to convert perm or extend based on performance)
