As a Customer Experience Advocate, you will be the frontline representative for our customers, ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience with our products and services.

- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints through CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Relay feedback and suggestions to the product development, marketing, and operations teams.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up until resolution.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
- Bilingual in another language is a plus.
- Pay range starting at $20/hr.
- 4-month contract with intent to hire.
- Must be able to work Thursday and Friday until 8pm, half days on Saturday. And some Sundays.
