4 Corner Resources is seeking a passionate and dynamic customer experience advocate for one of our leading healthcare clients. As a Customer Experience Advocate, you will be the frontline representative for our customers, ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience with our products and services.

Customer Experience Advocate Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints through CRM system.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.
  • Relay feedback and suggestions to the product development, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up until resolution.

Customer Experience Advocate Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
  • Bilingual in another language is a plus.

Customer Experience Advocate Additional Details:

  • Pay range starting at $20/hr.
  • 4-month contract with intent to hire.
  • Must be able to work Thursday and Friday until 8pm, half days on Saturday. And some Sundays.
