4 Corner Resources is seeking an HR Assistant for one of our clients in the healthcare industry located in the Ellenton, Florida area. The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the HR department, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with HR-related inquiries. The HR Assistant will have the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations.
This is a 1-month contract with opportunity for permanency or extension and fully onsite.
HR Assistant Responsibilities:
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm

HR Assistant Responsibilities:
- Updating and maintaining HR documents.
- Handling HR documents, sorting, filing, and inputting.
- Track any documents that have already been entered into the system.
- Utilize office appliances such as photocopiers, printers, etc., and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation, etc.
- Ability to prioritize and efficiently execute a high volume and broad scope of tasks within tight deadlines, competing demands, and changes in the work environment.
- Any other duties or responsibilities that are assigned.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in Human Resources/ data entry OR 1 years of experience as an office clerk or other clerical position.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate efficiently with a diverse array of individuals.
