4 Corner Resources has an urgent need for an Integration Leader to join our team. This position will be working for a client in the Healthcare field. It is a long term contracted position located onsite in Orlando, FL.

- Lead and manage the integration of M&A initiatives across various departments.
- Implement organizational change management strategies using frameworks such as Prosci/ADKAR to ensure seamless transitions.
- Utilize Six Sigma Blackbelt methodologies to optimize processes and enhance performance throughout the integration process.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, senior management, and stakeholders to drive M&A project success.
- Provide ongoing guidance and leadership to ensure the long-term sustainability of integration efforts.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&A implementation and leading integration projects.
- Six Sigma Blackbelt certification is required.
- Extensive experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), with a preference for candidates experienced in Prosci/ADKAR methodologies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Highly professional, driven, and results-oriented.
- Starting at a pay rate of $57 hourly (room for negotiation)
