Specialist, Global Rental Operations
Location : Remote (after weeks of in-person training in Orlando, FL)
Schedule : Must be available for shifts Mon-Sun between AM - PM, including holidays
Corner Resources is seeking a Specialist, Global Rental Operations to manage guest relocations, crisis response, and rental concerns. This role involves clear and professional communication with guests, internal teams, and external partners while ensuring smooth transitions for reservation changes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Guest Relocations & Crisis Management – Communicate urgent relocation / cancellation details and ensure all stakeholders remain informed.
- Case Review & Resolution – Investigate complaints, assess financial and reputational impact, and resolve escalations using company empowerment tools.
- Daily Operations – Manage guest inquiries, internal requests, and organizational initiatives via shared inboxes and portals.
