Corner Resources is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. This role will involve a % focus on inpatient / acute care in the hospital during mornings and outpatient clinic care in the afternoons. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing high-quality physical therapy interventions to help patients regain function and prevent disability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments for both inpatient and outpatient populations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans as prescribed by a licensed physician.
- Administer therapeutic interventions to restore mobility, improve strength, and prevent further disability.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans in compliance with departmental and insurance guidelines.
- Ensure proper patient billing in accordance with insurance carrier policies.
- Participate in departmental operations, including budgeting, clinical quality initiatives, infection control, safety protocols, and team-building activities.
