4 Corner Resources is seeking a Quality Repair Technician for one of our clients in the technology industry. This is an entry-level, fully onsite position in Orlando, FL, with a contract-to-hire opportunity. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Technical skills with an understanding of diagnostics and troubleshooting fundamentals
• Hardware repair fundamentals
• General software troubleshooting skills
• Basic networking skills
• Ability to navigate OS platforms: Windows 8, Windows 10, Server 2012, Server 2016
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a daily quota
• Comfortable performing non-IT tasks such as cleaning the warehouse, breaking down boxes, and moving carts
• Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs consistently
• Able to sit for up to 5-6 hours a day
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
• CompTIA A certification
• Experience with desktop, laptop, and printer repair
• Understanding of OS imaging fundamentals
• Knowledge of ticketing and asset tracking systems
• Experience with offsite-related repairs
• Familiarity with supply chain workflows
• Experience with Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Server 2008 R2, Server 2012, Server 2016, Server 2019
• Flexible and adaptable to different tasks
• Understanding of computer deployment fundamentals
• Experience with OEM hardware platforms (Dell, Apple, Lexmark, Lenovo)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair computer hardware issues
• Perform general software troubleshooting and basic networking tasks
• Maintain and track assets using ticketing systems
• Assist with imaging and OS deployment
• Meet daily quotas in a fast-paced environment
• Handle additional warehouse duties, such as organizing equipment and breaking down boxes
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance follow company quality standards
Work Schedule:
• Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm
