Senior Healthcare Recruiter Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for nursing and other healthcare roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening and interviewing.
- High-Volume Hiring: Develop and execute strategies to meet high-volume staffing needs within tight timelines, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing techniques such as social media, job boards, and referrals to identify top talent.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Organization & Data Management: Maintain and update detailed tracking spreadsheets to manage candidate pipelines, monitor hiring progress, and ensure accurate documentation of recruitment activities.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, average placements, and quality of hire, and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2-3 years specializing in high-volume hiring for registered nurses.
- Proven track record of successfully filling a large number of requisitions under tight deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Skills:
- Advanced sourcing skills, including expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle high requisition loads effectively.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements related to staffing.
- Tools & Systems: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms, as well as familiarity with analytics tools for recruitment reporting. Preferably, Workday.
- Experience working in healthcare staffing agencies or large healthcare systems.
- Certification in Human Resources or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Hybrid Schedule: Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- 3-month contract with opportunity for extension or permanency.
- Compensation starts at $50/hr. (based on experience)
