6-month contract to Hire

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for managing large-scale data projects, supporting system enhancements, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Problem Solving:
- Analyze and interpret large datasets (over 1 million records) to identify issues and provide actionable insights within tight deadlines.
- Perform data conversions and utilize advanced Excel functions to present findings efficiently.
- Act as the escalation point for complex issues that lower-level analysts cannot resolve.
- Handle calls from frontline support for urgent or complex situations, including audits and critical system issues.
- Attend stakeholder meetings to gather objectives, propose solutions, and pitch ideas effectively.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide guidance to the Supply Chain/Maintenance team, offering support as needed.
- Lead and participate in projects related to software design, testing, implementation, and training (SDLC).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document functional specifications, develop test scripts, and conduct system testing.
- Drive process improvements by utilizing knowledge of process mapping, SWOT analysis, KPIs, OKRs, and other methodologies.
- Provide support to the Training team in developing and delivering end-user training materials.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on tasks and best practices.
- Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft tools, including Microsoft Planner, Visio, and other process mapping tools.
- Utilize knowledge of FTP transfers, data report development, and system enhancements to optimize performance.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 6 months of project management experience.
- 2 years of experience as a trainer, team leader, or in a supervisory role.
- 5 years of experience as Business Analyst, System analyst, Support Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Extensive experience in data conversions and working with large datasets (over 500k records).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Knowledge of process mapping, FTP transfers, and data report development.
- Understanding of supply chain systems and operations, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or above.
- CMRP, PMP, or other relevant certifications.
