Site Supervisor - Low Voltage Systems
4 Corner Resources is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a hospital project in Bayfront, FL. The ideal candidate will oversee low-voltage installations across multiple buildings, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and compliant with healthcare and safety standards.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee low-voltage installations (nurse call systems, structured cabling, access control, DAS, RTLS, AV systems, station infrastructure).
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans across three buildings : Women’s Center, Garage, and a third facility.
- Monitor work quality, ensure compliance with OSHA standards (OSHA 30 required), and document progress with photos.
- Coordinate with hospital staff, contractors, and vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and implement corrective actions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and technical plans.
- Communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
