Location: Must reside in Orlando, FL or within 1 hour commute (Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 remote)

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Project Manager to lead cross-functional collaboration, coordination, and communication across nationwide teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing expectations and execution of all projects in a multifaceted environment, working closely with senior leadership, clinic and pharmacy operations, sales, marketing, field services, and IT & Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Standardization: Define and communicate project scopes, Statements of Work (SOW), and deployment standards nationwide, leading a team of 15 regional directors, district managers, project managers, and account relationship managers.
Dependency Coordination: Ensure seamless project execution by successfully coordinating dependencies across various departments.
Organizational Change Management: Lead teams through transitions, establishing buy-in, and implementing change strategies to drive positive transformations.
Stakeholder Communication & Alignment: Identify, validate, and communicate project objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Risk Mitigation & SOP Maintenance: Analyze and mitigate program and project risks in collaboration with department heads.
Management Reporting: Develop and implement robust management reporting for project status, risks, mitigations, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and other metrics.
Budget Management: Oversee project budgets exceeding $1,000,000 per MSA, including forecasting, expense tracking, and cost-saving opportunities.
Database & Connectivity Planning: Work with database administrators and developers to design schemas, tables, relationships, and connectivity requirements for seamless data integration.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Collaborate with stakeholders to address and resolve project-related connectivity and database issues.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in Healthcare IT Project Management (Pharmacy, Healthcare, etc.)
Proven experience in technology project management within a PMO or similar environment.
Expertise in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and organizational change management.
Strong knowledge of database architecture, system integrations, and IT infrastructure planning.
Hands-on experience managing large-scale budgets and project execution.
Proficiency in billing systems, revenue cycle management, and health IT systems (Must have healthcare-related projects).
Familiarity with SOP development, remote system monitoring, data migration, security, and compliance standards.
Preferred Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to analyze data trends and proactively identify risks and inefficiencies.
Experience in software implementation, network infrastructure coordination, and performance monitoring.
Knowledge of financial analysis, invoicing systems, and fee terms maintenance.
