Technical Product Manager

4 Corner Resources is seeking a Technical Product Manager with a strong background in product management, technology, and business strategy. This individual will drive the development of digital products by collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing web and mobile projects, and integrating back-end systems to enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, and technical proficiency to help shape the future of our products.


Technical Product Manager Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the development of web and mobile projects, ensuring seamless integration with IT and back-end systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into high-level technical requirements.
• Utilize data analytics and market insights to drive product decisions and enhancements.
• Manage multiple projects, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Work closely with development, UX/UI, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless digital experience.
• Mentor and guide product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  

Technical Product Manager Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Project Management Professional (PMP), or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience:
  • 5 years in product management, software development, project management, or related technical fields.
  • Proven ability to lead technical product teams and drive real-time, intelligent experiences for customers.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality, eCommerce, and/or Information Technology industries.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Full Story, Quantum Metrics).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project management tools (Jira, Basecamp, VersionOne, etc.).
  • Ability to manage project estimates, budgets, and risks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
    

Technical Product Manager Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of business dynamics, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate product vision, strategy, and technical requirements.
• Ability to solve complex problems and make data-backed decisions.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing product team 
  

Technical Product Manager Additional Details:

• Work Model: Hybrid (Orlando, FL)
• Salary: $120,000 per year
