Job Description:
4 Gen Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language therapy services to clients of all ages in a private clinic setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about helping clients improve their communication skills and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist in implementing treatment plans for clients with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions as directed by the supervising SLP.
• Provide support and reinforcement of communication techniques taught during therapy.
• Prepare therapy materials and activities to support treatment goals.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with clinic policies.
• Educate and provide guidance to clients and families on therapy techniques to reinforce progress outside of sessions.
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
• Follow all ethical and professional guidelines outlined by ASHA and state licensing boards.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and continuing education as required.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field.
• Current SLPA license/certification in [State] (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations in a clinical or educational setting (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
