PRIMARY FUNCTION :
The Inside Sales Representative position gives support and coordination to the client in all rental equipment needs. This position ensures that all rental related functions of the branch are conducted in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner. This role provides a great opportunity to learn all aspects of the business to prepare for a future role in sales and / or management.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & SKILLS :
- Must have a Bachelor's degree
- 2 years experience in customer service or sales experience
- Must have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to multi-task and work on many different projects at one time
- Must be willing to learn all aspects of the business to prepare for a future role in sales and / or management.
