Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels of automotive parts, ensuring availability for production and service needs.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track parts usage and reorder points.
- Coordinate logistics for the procurement of parts from suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Conduct data entry tasks related to inventory management, supplier information, and procurement records.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and terms of service.
- Assist in automotive diagnostics by providing necessary parts information to technicians and customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to parts availability, specifications, and compatibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand for automotive parts based on service schedules and historical data.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in parts management or a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes related to procurement management.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory records.
- Ability to fabricate or buy necessary components as required by operational needs.
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics is a plus, enhancing communication with technical staff.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
