Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team. The bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable. The ideal candidate has experience in general ledger accounting, is proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, and has a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Monitor and ensure timely payments to vendors
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
Experience:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week, will consider less
